Exclusive technical ZyXEL support for Valadis resellers in the BeNeLux

For the last 15 years Valadis has been the only distributor for ZyXEL in the Benelux with their own (very large) highly skilled technical support crew. During 2008 and 2009 Valadis handled all technical support and R&D development support for the Benelux area under contract for ZyXEL Benelux office in Hoofddorp.
Starting from 2010 January 1st Valadis will focus exclusively on its own customer base, giving the best possible (not only technical) support on Valadis' complete portfolio including ZyXEL products. Valadis will, in their role as exclusively accredited ZyXEL training centre, organize technical trainings in Valadis' training centres in Hengelo (NL) and Saintes (BE). At least 54 technical ZyXEL trainings have been planned for 2010 and more will follow. In addition to product oriented trainings, Valadis will introduce more technology oriented trainings as well. Valadis will continue giving extensive support to their customers for the complete portfolio.
